The strategy is rebalanced on a quarterly basis with the rebalancing mechanism being determined by an algorithm that takes into account the overall performance of the strategy so far.

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Health Care Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities of small-capitalization U.S. healthcare companies that comprise the underlying index. These companies are principally engaged in the business of providing healthcare-related products, facilities, and services, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and supplies.
