Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF tracks the NASDAQ US Dividend Achievers Select Index, that measures the investment return of common stocks of companies that have a record of increasing dividends over time. The ETF holds mid and large-cap U.S. stocks. Its investments are focused on U.S. common stocks that have a history of increasing dividends for ten consecutive years, but exclude REITs.
