Biden's new infrastructure package and the optimism around accelerated vaccination pushed S&P500 above 4000 for the first time in April. This brings markets in positive territory after the brief sell-off concentrated in growth stocks due to sector rotation from growth to value.
On 1st April, the Kristal Investment committee met to review the Advisory Algo parameters and to look at collective market views and outlook for the coming months ahead.
In the current environment, we don’t recommend aggressively adding to fixed income allocation, as there is still a high level of uncertainty around inflation and growth.
